Q. Do I have to pay before the order receival ? 

Ans. Yes, it is mandatory to pay before, right after you place your order, Pay on the above given Accounts, and Share Screenshot on our WhatsApp 0304-5073641. After confirmation, we will dispatch your order with ZERO amount.

Q. How can I view my order history?
Ans. To view your order history, log in to your account and navigate to the “Order History” section. Here, you will find a detailed list of all your past orders, including order dates, product details, and status updates.

Q. What should I do if I notice an issue with my order?
Ans. If you notice any issues with your order, such as missing items or incorrect products, please contact our customer support team immediately. Q. What is the timeframe for resolving issues?
Ans. We aim to resolve all disputes as quickly as possible. Most cases are reviewed and resolved within 5-7 business days. However, complex cases may take longer. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Ans. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you may be able to cancel or modify it. To do so, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you wish to make. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Q. What should I do if my order never arrives?
Ans. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Q. What shipping options do you offer?
Ans. We ship via two courier companies, MnP & Fastex Courier by Daewoo. Order delivery time is in between from 3 to 7 working days.

Q. How are shipping costs calculated?
Ans. Our Shipping costs are based on Flat Rate which is Rs 250/- all over pakistan. 

Q. Do you offer international shipping? Ans. No.

Q. How can I track my order?
Ans. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS from courier company and a link to track your order too. You can use this tracking number on courier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time for my order? Ans. Estimated delivery times vary depending on  your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Ans. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Q. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Ans. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Ans. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (Rs 3000). 

Q. What are your handling times?

Ans. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
